Role: Senior Quantity SurveyorLocation: WarringtonOffer: £52,000 to £65,000 + car or car allowance, 27 days leave + public holidays, pension, healthcare + great career prospects & excellent work life balanceA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor delivering a £30m new build office and industrial site in Warrington. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in ensuring the sound commercial delivery of the project which spans a 24 month programme and working closely with the client, various stakeholders and an experienced and driven site team.Some of the Senior Quantity Surveyor's main duties will include:Prepare and manage subcontract and material procurement schedulesPrepare monthly CVR reports and other project related reportsPrepare valuations and applications for paymentContract administration including change managementEnsure accurate and up to date site records are maintained Prepare, negotiate and agreement of compensation eventsProvide commercial and contractual advice to the site teamsWork closely with the client, stakeholders and the project teamThe Senior Quantity Surveyor will be the commercial lead on the project from the first day of construction. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you'll have the opportunity to put your own mark on the project and ensure it's delivered successfully.
