Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor reporting into Commercial Manager. You will be overseeing a Project Quantity Surveyor and Apprentice Quantity SurveyorDay Rate: £350 - £475 per day dependent on experience - Outside IR35 LTD companyLocation: Central London Zones 1 / 2Project: £50m substructure and superstructure (reinforced concrete) with groundworks - starting October. Working on preconstruction initially before going onto site and seeing the project through to completion.Company: Niche civil engineering contractor who specialise in demolition, piling, fire protection, groundworks, concrete frame and earthworks.
