Senior Mechanical Project ManagerSurrey£75,000 - £85,000Package: Vehicle Allowance + Bonus SchemeFacilitate Search have partnered with a globally recognised Facilities Management business, who have one of the UK's biggest project management, building surveying and programme management services. They are now looking for someone to join a prestigious contract based out of Greater London, who can deliver on a number of critical projects.Our client works with a number of prestigious clients in providing maintenance and project support services on projects across the corporate, retail and government sectors. The typical projects delivered are valued from £100,000 - £500,000 with a high volume of projects ongoing at different stages.The Senior Project Manager will be managing an established team of 5 Project Managers in total with years of experience delivering projects to clients requirements. There will be support with managing the Project Managers, from an appointed Head of Projects and a divisional Project Director. * Provide leadership in identifying and specifying project opportunities * Complete projects on time, on budget and to the satisfaction of all parties. * Promote and maintain the key core values of the business. * Responsible for generating and securing new sales to exceed the annual financial plan. * Identify, reduce and manage all risk (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise) * Develop and manage all bids, tenders and proposals. * Full P&L responsibilityQualifications / Experience: * Recognised technical qualification in Mechanical is desirable or proven experience that you have delivered Mechanical Projects. * Proven track record safely delivering projects in FM, M&E or Construction * Demonstrable evidence of managing a team. * Experience of creating, presenting and managing on bids, tenders and proposals Read More |
