Senior Product Designer Location: London, UK hybrid working My client is a fast-growth Fintech on a mission to make it easier to run a small business. Job overview: They are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Product Designer who will lead end-to-end design as the sole designer working on a cross functional product team collaborating closely with Product Managers and engineers. While having a lot of autonomy to lead design within their team, they will be fully supported by a Head of Design and Lead Product Designer with great experience. Work will span the entire design lifecycle from discovery and research through to regularly and rapidly shipping product improvements and compelling new features into the hands of our customers. The ideal person will not only lead on improving our product, but also wants to help define what design can mean in an ambitious and growing organisation. About you: ● 4+ years of experience designing UX and UI for digital products ● Experience working independently to explore concepts from beginning to end and handling complex projects with limited oversight ● Demonstrated ability to design simple solutions to complex user problems ● Expert knowledge of mobile UI, responsive design, and designing to accessibility and usability standards. ● Experience of working with, creating, managing or maintaining design systems ● Experience with planning and executing user research to support your design process ● Comfortable working with ambiguity and the ability to push things forward ● Able to justify and clearly articulate design decisions in simple terms that others understand ● Attention to the small details that others overlook and the commitment to ensure every detail is covered ● Expert in design tools such as Figma and Adobe CS ● Knowledge of the fintech industry (financial services, banking, accounting), experience running a small business would be a plus What will you get in return? ● A transparent and open company culture where employees are consulted on company decisions and direction ● Competitive salary ● Share options after 6 months probation ● Up to 8% pension scheme ● 26 days holiday (plus UK public holidays) with an option to buy or sell up to 5 more days ● Flexible remote working policy ● High spec. equipment when you start Please contact Amanda Brown @ CRS for more information Read More |
