Senior Procurement Officer

Lee Valley Regional Park Authority (LVRPA) is a statutory body that is responsible for managing and developing the 26 miles long, 10,000 acres Lee Valley Regional Park.

It owns a variety of sporting and leisure venues alongside its open spaces.


We are looking for an enthusiastic person to fulfil the Senior Procurement Officer role, where you will be involved in the Authority’s procurement and tendering process end-to-end across the areas of goods, services and works.

This will include working in full compliance with the Public Contract Regulations, frameworks and the Authority’s own Financial Regulations to ensure the procurement process is legally compliant.


You should have an understanding of and previous experience in public  procurement and and ideally have CIPS Membership.

You should be proficient in Excel and be able to analyse data effectively.

The successful candidate will be required to use the Authority’s e-tendering portal In-Tend to run the tender projects and full training will be provided.

This role can be worked on a hybrid basis, which means you are able to work remotely part of the working week with an expectation to attend the office up to 3 days per week.
