Senior MSAT Scientist | Permanent | Biotechnology | Global



Proclinical are seeking a talented Senior Scientist to join a dynamic team, focusing on developing cutting-edge therapies.



Responsibilities:


  • Provide project management and technical expertise to production teams, owning the manufacturing process.
  • Support development, tech-transfer, and validation activities, ensuring effective cross-functional partnerships.
  • Lead the development of processes and systems for data management, trend analysis, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
  • Work cross-functionally with Analytical and Process Development, QA, QC and Regulatory teams


Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience within a GMP environment with cell and gene therapy experience
  • Experience in supervising or mentoring staff, with a detailed understanding of immunology and cell therapy.
  • Experience in technical transfer, scale up and validation activities within a GMP regulated environment
  • Demonstrable expertise in cell-based techniques and ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Resourcefulness in overcoming challenges, with experience in quality management systems and tech transfer.
