What’s it all about?

As Senior Media Planning Manager you will be responsible for leading the planning of connected marketing campaigns for well known UK&I brands. You will develop integrated, always-on media plans across all channels (paid and organic), delivering on ROI and brand equity targets.

This role is flexible with hybrid working currently in place. The role is London based but occasionally there may be a need to travel to other offices in the UK.


What you will be doing:

  • Working closely with the teams to develop connected campaigns that drive engagement and participation
  • Planning and executing campaigns across priority channels such as websites and social media
  • Ensuring plans seamlessly connect across retail media, D-commerce and shopper
  • Overseeing briefs, providing feedback on responses and building connected activation plans
  • Building campaigns for all media channels, including PR, Social, Websites and Email
  • Building effective relationships with the internal media agency
  • Establishing strong internal relationships
  • Providing post campaign analysis, reporting on learnings, working with media analyst to report on campaign performance
  • Responsible for media budgets


What we need from you:

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar media planning role, ideally within FMCG
  • Experience within Retail Media, Ecommerce and Shopper ecosystems
  • Demonstrable experience in developing campaigns that deliver brand goals across the full funnel
  • Planning and activation experience across all channels including - TV, BVOD, VOD, OOH, display,Search, Social, PPC and SEO
  • Strong understanding of addressable media, audience targeting and enrichment
  • Strong project management skills and a critical eye for detail
  • Demonstrable creative and commercial approach to planning and delivering campaigns
  • Cross functional leadership experience
