Job Role This role is a crucial part of the SPS people team, you will support the HR Business Partners to provide advice, guidance on HR related matters. You will have a focus on management of ER cases with the ability to impart advice and guidance on; employee relations, performance and employee engagement building close working relationships with operational managers and the wider HR team.
