We have an exciting opportunity Interim available for a motivated and experienced HR Business Partner based in Manchester. Salary c.55k. 12month FTC. Hybrid Flexible Working.

Role Senior HR Business Partner

  • Provide high-quality strategic and operational workforce support for best practice people management.
  • Lead and implement strategic initiatives to create a harmonious workplace.
  • Contribute People expertise to business decision-making.
  • Develop innovative people solutions to support business plans and strategy.
  • Act as a key link between People services and other colleagues.
  • Ensure effective communication and sharing of best practices.
  • Align operational and strategic Organisational Development services within Directorates.
  • Promote partnership working and deliver proactive, customer-centred services to improve user experiences.
  • Skills and Experience Senior HR Business Partner

  • Comprehensive knowledge of change management principles, demonstrated by a history of successful major organisational transformations.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering and collaborating with stakeholders, employing a coaching and consultancy method.
  • Enhanced and developed the leadership and management skills of senior staff throughout the organisation.
  • Skilled in devising new working methods and developing strategies for workplace enhancements in operational and resource management activities.
  • Extensive experience in a human resources or people partner position, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • CIPD level 7 qualification (MCIPD or MA)
