We are delighted to be working with an exceptional manufacturer and exporter to recruit their new Senior HR Advisor for their Dungannon site. Within this role you will join a thriving HR team and make an impact at a senior level.

Working Hours: 8-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8-2:15pm on a Friday.

The role:

  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers, supervisors, and team members.
  • Performance management & employee engagement.
  • Management of the recruitment life cycle from inception to completion.
  • HR policies and practices.
  • Proactively manage absence and employee relations issues.
  • Manage Salaried Payroll administration.
  • Planning, organising and delivering training & development for team members at all levels.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.

About you:

  • HR related Degree is desirable.
  • 5 Years HR Generalist experience at Advisor Level or above
  • Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or relevant professional qualification.
  • Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation and the ability to apply it in a practical manner.
