Job Role

Streamline Recruitment are currently dealing with a Tier 1 main contractor and a well established client we have been partnered with for nearly 10 years. They are looking for a hungry Senior Estimator who wants to grow within a business and be at a company long term. With this role you will be overseeing some of London's marquee residential & super prime projects.

Company Overview

The business that we are working with have been established for 40 plus years and have got a record company turn over of five hundred million pounds. With the company having their biggest order book to date they have had a record amount of hires this month and are looking to heavily improve on this.

Duties 

  • Heavily involved in the Pre - construction phases
  • Will be working with Design & Pre Construction team
  • Reporting into a Commercial Manager 
  • Mentoring Trainee Estimators mentors 
  • Understand the requirement of Design & Build process 
  • Producing and maintain regular site surveys
  • Carry out Take Offs from drawings

  • Must have experience with a Tier 1 contractor
  • Wants to grow and progress with a business
  • Needs to have experience with RC Frame projects
  • Relevent qualifications 
  • Working for a Sub - contractor will also be considered
