Finatal has partnered with a PE-backed, high-growth professional services portfolio business, recently carved out; it is now entering a phase of significant growth and transformation. We are on the search for a Finance Business Partner to work closely with a fantastic, dynamic CFO and partner with CEO, COO and Divisional Heads. This person will have a significant commercial impact on the business, make serious contributions to strategic decisions and represent finance across the business. They will also work on the broader FP&A elements - where to target growth and long-term planning.
The CFO envisions this individual growing alongside the business, taking on numerous responsibilities across FP&A, commercial finance, and strategic leadership - they will have a pivotal role in the future exit and can quickly progress to a managerial position.
The ideal candidate would enjoy working with numerous stakeholders, particularly sales teams, have really strong Excel skills and analysis ability, and have worked with Salesforce.
