Hanover have been retained by our client a market leading top-tier Insurance broker specialising in sophisticated corporate and industrial risks.

We are looking for talented Insurance sales individuals who can build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients, delivering top-notch service and tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary insurance contact. Attend meetings to assess and address their current and future insurance needs.
  • Provide tailored advice, explaining policy terms clearly, and ensuring clients fully understand their coverage.
  • Proactively manage renewals, promote additional coverage options, and pursue new business opportunities through networking and partnerships.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and market changes to offer clients the best advice.
  • Ensure all activities meet FCA guidelines and regulatory requirements, maintaining ongoing CPD and mandatory training.
  • Documentation: Accurately prepare proposals, reports, and handle financial transactions, ensuring detailed records and adherence to processes.

Must Have Experience :


  • Proven track record in client-facing roles, preferably in brokerage.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate insurance products and the UK market.
  • Experience building and maintaining a sales pipeline.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
