Bennett & Game are proud to represent a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, who are currently seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join them in their rapidly growing Chichester office. The Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor will be working on projects across the residential, commercial, framework and fire safety sectors and will be responsible for project delivery of these schemes. They will also be involved in dilapidations, schedule of conditions surveys, tender reviews, party wall work and specification writing.It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working client side or for another construction consultancy. You will also need a relevant degree or qualification in Building Surveying.
