Here at Leeds Building Society we are looking for an experienced Senior Auditor to join our Internal Audit team on a 12 month fixed term basis and lead on audits across many of our different business areas. Our Purpose of putting home ownership in reach of more people has never been more important to us and this is an exciting time to join us as we go through transformation across the Society. About the role As a Senior Auditor you'll provide an independent, third line of defence, internal audit assurance service to management and the Board. You will join a highly motivated team of internal auditors with substantial experience in the profession within financial services. We have a strong profile within the business, built on regular relationship management which is a key strength for all members of our team. We work in a collaborative way supporting the business, to ensure that we deliver an excellent and value driven service, whilst maintaining independence. For this role we are looking for someone who can lead and deliver audits through the full lifecycle from planning to reporting, as well as providing coaching and support to other auditors in the team. Having great time management skills and being able to effectively prioritise multiple demands will be key to this role. You will have the opportunity to work across the Society and broaden your skills as you work with many of our different business areas. What will you bring to the role?
