Senior Architectural Technician Job in Portishead, SomersetnWe are currently working with a successful architectural practice, with a Senior Architectural Technician job available. This role would involve working across a number of developer led residential projects. Founded over 40 years ago and currently employing over 60 staff, my client has found great commercial success in largescale residential and retirement projects. They currently employ an award-winning team of architects, urban designers, technologists, graphic designers and sustainability consultants, and their awards include “Housing Design Award” and “Design Quality Award”. This role would suit an experienced Senior Architectural Technician with residential experience. Role & Responsibilities Production of working drawings and technical documentsnDealing with the day-to-day delegation of projectsnOver seeing time scales and quality controlnWorking as part of a dedicated technical teamnSpeaking directly with clients. Required Skills & Experience A minimum of 5 years post qualification experiencenExperience in working with or for large UK housing developersnKnowledge of UK building regulationsnExperience in managing a small teamnProficient in the use of AutoCAD and RevitnFull UK driving licence would be essentialnStrong knowledge of the UK planning process.
