Associate Project Architect Job in Hammersmith, LondonThis is an exciting Associate Project Architect job opportunity, to join an award-winning multidisciplinary practice based in London, working on projects in the Middle East. This practice specialises in master planning, architecture, interior, and landscape design services. The successful Associate Project Architect will cover many project types, scales, and stages.Established in 2012 our client has built a diverse portfolio including high-profile residential, leisure, and commercial projects. Now looking to expand their client base in the UK and Middle East, this is the perfect time for the right Associate Project Architect to join the team.Role & ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of architectural projects, including design at all stages, construction documents, and construction administrationGuide the architectural project team through close collaboration with project leadership to achieve design, technical, and financial successManage and coordinate project teams consisting of architects, engineers, and other design and construction professionalsCollaborate with partners and senior team members to prepare, issue, and manage compliance plans, aligning project goals with budget, deliverables, and scheduleDevelop project budgets and schedules, tracking progress to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completionCoordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to meet project requirementsCommunicate with clients and other stakeholders to gather project requirements, address concerns, and provide progress updatesEnsure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulationsDevelop and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contractsManage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlinesOversee the workload and deadlines for oneself and others, interacting with practice leadership and guiding less experienced staff.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum of five years of professional experience in architecture, with at least two years in project management or team leadership rolesExcellent creative design capabilities demonstrated by a portfolioStrong graphic, communication, and organisational skillsAbility to inspire and lead others by example, participate in staff mentoring and training, and clearly define team member expectations and responsibilitiesExperience in all stages of design and construction administrationGood interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate with and support the design teamProactive, efficient, and systematic approach to work within an energetic and fast-paced environmentProficiency in 2D and 3D software including Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and InDesignFluency in written and spoken English.What you get backCompetitive salary + Performance based bonus5% Pension ContributionParking Permit15 Days work from home (which can be taken back to back for extended travel)Study LeaveDSE Eye testSocial eventsSponsorship.ApplyIf you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
