Senior Account Manager


Location: Hybrid onsite in Nottingham, Milton Keynes and Mansfield.



We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join us and help deliver outstanding customer service for our clients.

Applicants should have an impressive track record in managing multiple accounts, be highly motivated, adaptable, a proactive approach, and a broad understanding of different print production types , along with being based onsite at client offices in Nottingham and Milton Keynes, some time at our Head Office in Mansfield and also some time working from home.



As a senior member of your account team, you’ll work with project management colleagues to ensure end-to-end project delivery of print projects, support clients with conceptual exploration and briefing, drive continuous improvement initiatives and work closely with the Account Director to support the delivery of strategic objectives to grow sales on your accounts.

Experience:


  • Has a track record in managing multiple accounts.
  • Excellent presentation skills and a real desire to exceed expectations.
  • Can demonstrate development of existing customer relationships.
  • Excellent computer skills to manage and interpret data contained within Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Managing marketing and/or print briefs from concept to distribution.
  • Understands production basics including design, artwork, print, fulfilment, and distribution.


Key responsibilities:


  1. Responsible for the operational delivery of your accounts within the contractual framework.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with Project Management colleagues and wider teams within the Linney business.
  3. Understand, track with your team SLAs and KPIs to ensure they are being met.
  4. Support the Account Director in the delivery of business review meetings with your clients.
  5. Recommend and implement system and process enhancements, focusing on continuous improvement.
  6. Deliver exceptional personal and team service to your clients.
  7. Ensure briefs are delivered to our production teams, clearly, on time.
  8. Work collaboratively both internally and with your clients.
  9. Provide input into appraisals of account team members, including one-to-ones and support team training and development.
  10. Create new opportunities with your client and explore ways to help grow their and our business.
  11. Report directly to the Account Director.
