I am currently looking for proactive SEND Teaching Assistants who are passionate for supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities. You will need to support children with different aspects of learning, such as, reading, writing, behaviour / self-expression and personal care. Some children will have Autism Spectrum condition (ASC) and may also be non verbal, whilst others could have Social Emotional Mental Health needs and many more. The ideal candidate: * Outgoing and nurturing manner * Enthusiastic and passionate about helping children reach their academic potential * You will be expected to think on your feet and be proactive, no day is the same in a Special School, so being prepared is vital. * Ability to form excellent relationships and rapport with pupilsEngage Education is a widely recognised, award-winning education recruitment company.
