1st Staff are seeking two tutors to help and support a male Reception student needing therapeutic approach to help and support him. Position Details* Location - Home address or outside the home as this student will need physical/practical activities to regulate him* Hours - 9 hours (Monday, Weds and Fridays between 9am and 12pm) sessions will be split 3 hours per day* Start date - ASAP* Planning and delivering individualised sessions based on the child's needs* Building a rapport with the childExperience Required:* Working with a range of SEN/SEMH and challenging behaviours* Being able to cater to the child's individual's needs* Excellent behaviour managementBenefits will include* Excellent pay rates up to £35 per hour* A dedicated consultant as well as a lead tutor, both on hand to support you* Support from behavioural specialists within the company* Support from safeguarding leadsHaving your own transport wouldn’t be necessary but would be beneficial.
