Assist in implementing effective teaching strategies and interventions to enhance the learning experience for students with SEN.

Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders.

Requirements of an SEN Teaching Assistant:Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant, ideally with a focus on ASD and SEMH.

A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN, demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

Knowledge of effective SEN teaching strategies and interventions, as well as a commitment to continuous professional development.

Relevant qualifications and certifications in SEN support are desirable but not essential.
