• Experience working with children with autism or other special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to a student with autism, ensuring a positive and engaging learning experience.

• Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies tailored to the student's needs.

• Collaborate with teachers, SEN coordinators, and parents to monitor progress and adapt support as needed.

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment that promotes the student’s social and emotional development.
