The role will entail working 1:1 with a child with challenging behaviour. ALN experience is required. Do you enjoy supporting and developing children? Do you have an enthusiastic and bubbly personality? The ideal SEN TA / Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant should have the following:Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 6 months’ experience in an educational establishmentA calm, patient and caring personalGood communication skillsA good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelinesExperience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and a small group basisSuccessful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced Child and Adult DBS disclosure and provide at least 2 references.
