Job Responsibilities:Provide dedicated support to students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.

Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to support the overall wellbeing and progress of students.

Utilize effective behavior management strategies to support students in overcoming barriers to learning.

Job Requirements:Experience working with young people with SEMH needs is highly desirable.

A nurturing and empathetic approach to supporting students' educational and emotional development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues alike.

Resilience and adaptability in managing challenging situations effectively.

Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training related to SEMH support.
