Top Talent Wanted: Salesforce Developer with Lightning Expertise This role is for a well-rounded Salesforce developer with a strong focus on the Lightning framework. You'll be responsible for extending the Salesforce platform to meet an organization's specific needs, using a combination of core Salesforce development skills and expertise in Lightning technologies.
Responsibilities: - Design and develop custom applications and features: Leverage your knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and potentially Aura Components (depending on the project) to build solutions that address user needs and streamline processes.
- Craft user-friendly interfaces: Utilize the Lightning Design System to create modern, responsive Lightning pages and custom components that enhance user experience within Salesforce.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems: Employ Salesforce APIs (REST and SOAP) to connect the platform with other applications, ensuring smooth data flow and improved efficiency.
- Maintain high-quality code: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, write unit and potentially system tests, and ensure code maintainability for future updates.
- Collaborate effectively: Work closely with business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and other developers to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver successful projects.
Qualifications: - Experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Apex programming.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Lightning technologies, particularly Lightning Web Components (LWC) and proficiency in Aura Components (if applicable).
- Experience with Salesforce APIs for data integration.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills: - Experience with additional Salesforce technologies (Visualforce, triggers, workflows).
- Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with external systems.
- Experience in an Agile development environment.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I).
