JOB DESCRIPTION Sales/Senior Sales Manager, UK Market (Reports to the Commercial Director UK) RESPONSIBILITIES - Prospecting – Identify the key clients and opportunities within your designated patch of media agencies.
- Take time to understand a client’s needs and KPIs before building customised strategies & plans to pro-actively bring clients on board or to answer incoming briefs.
- Build clear presentations & proposal decks using MOBKOI brand guidelines.
- Work with our Campaign management team to build relevant site lists or vertical led packages to best fit the client’s needs.
- Build long lasting relationships with your designated patch.
- Conduct proactive research around each of your clients in order to be informed on the latest news.
- Ensure high volumes of weekly meetings & client entertainment in order to maintain high levels of engagement.
- Demonstrate active listening skills & empathy externally and internally.
- Deliver impeccable service to each client.
- Brief the Creative team to build mock-ups when relevant in a clear and timely fashion.
- Achieve quarterly & annual targets.
- Ensure an accurate forecasting pipeline, with all open leads, briefs, wins/losses flagged accordingly.
- After campaign sign off, liaise closely with your Account Manager/support teams on creative delivery, campaign set up and reporting expectations.
- Liaise with the Campaign management team on delivery, solutions, and tips on how to deliver the best performance.
- Identify and implement key insights from previous campaign(s) in order to deepen client relationship & trust, creating opportunities to develop the account.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES - Degree level/Equivalent education or comparable work experience
- Strong track record in Advertising Sales, ideally with experience of digital display media
- A strong contact book across the advertising market
- Proficient with core sales/AM tools – Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Excellent communicator – in person, via phone/video call and via written word
- Relationship builder – Must be able to build and maintain very strong client relationships
