Key purpose : To build, lead and develop our UK & Europe Client Partner Contract Team

About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic people manager with a strong track record in leadership and, most importantly, people development skills to manage our Contract Client Partner team located in our London office. The division is currently experiencing rapid growth, and we’ve created this new role to lead the expansion of the London based team across further UK and European territories.

You will be part of the Venquis Leadership Team steering this mission and as such you will play an important part in driving the culture and growth of the business. You will be responsible for hiring, managing, and developing the individuals in your team, as well as creating a leadership layer beneath you to effectively support you.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior stakeholders to deliver the Venquis sales strategy and achieve NFI targets
  • Identify, hire and develop the Client Partner team from Consultant to Team Lead level
  • Set, manage and drive UK and Europe sales activity across the team
  • Conduct weekly 121s and performance management reviews with all team members
  • Sit on the Venquis Sales Leadership team
  • Provide monthly progress reports to Venquis board
  • Enforce best practice and continuous improvement across the team
  • Accountable for the environment on the sales floor
