Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify, analyze, and establish key accounts in the assigned territory in coordination with the Sales Director.
  • Maintain a robust network of contacts within target accounts and markets.
  • Gain insight into key accounts' purchasing processes and drivers, and provide feedback to the Sales Director.
  • Achieve sales and account growth targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding price, availability, and lead time for parts sales, actively quoting customers when not traveling.
  • Assist in managing and resolving client conflicts.
  • Input and maintain accurate and comprehensive account information in your region, utilizing data consistently to drive sales.
  • Develop customer visit plans with the Sales Director within budget constraints and report meeting outcomes.
  • Represent the company at trade events, conferences, and promotional functions.
  • Employ creativity and innovative thinking to proactively devise new ideas or marketing programs to stimulate customer interest and demand.
  • Perform other duties and support global teams as directed by the Sales Director.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in aviation sales is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability in building relationships within commercial aircraft spare parts, preferably in the aftermarket segment.
  • Experience in parts trading is advantageous.
  • Proficient knowledge of commercial aircraft spares and aircraft maintenance and supply chain operations.
