This is an exciting opportunity to join Quilter's Reward team on a fixed term basis to cover maternity absence.




Whilst the primary focus of the role will be to support with cashpensation (further details of what cashpensation" epasses below), there will also be exposure to broader aspects of the Reward discipline, such as employee benefits, share plans, remuneration regulations, corporateernance, project work and more.




The role will work closely with stakeholders across the HR and Finance functions and the wider business to support with the development, implementation, analysis, administration andmunication ofpensation programmes, policies, and processes for the various businesses and functions across Quilter.

As a Reward Analyst you will focus on the data and analytics required to support all aspects of the annualpensation processes at Quilter.

One of our most important processes is the Group's annual salary and incentive cycle in Q1, which to deliver will require a raft of activities across the team, that you will play a key role in.




The emphasis will be on all data elements that form part of ourpensation cycle, which will include activities such as thepletion and analysis of market datapensation surveys, the maintenance of incentive accrual files provided for our colleagues in Finance, the maintenance and evolution of Reward-built employee job matching and benchmarking databases, the development and testing of our year-endpensation tool (Curo/PayScale), and the upkeep of other Reward systems and trackers as required.




This role will also support with the preparation and analysis of the various annual regulatory disclosures that Quilter is required to make, such as Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap calculations and Real Living Wage monitoring, amongst others.




In addition, the role will give you the opportunity to partner with the wider HR function and directly with the business where appropriate, supporting with technical reward guidance and other advisory services.

This may include tasks such asposingmercial salary and incentive package rmendations for new hires and internal moves/promotions (supported with the most relevant benchmarking data), ensuring that any proposals are in keeping with our diversity and inclusion principles, Equal Pay regulations and alignment with our pay-for-performance culture.

Other advisory tasks may include the preparation of employee redundancy and exit schedules, practical advice on rewardernance and controls, providing market trends and insights as required, plus employee reward cost analysis and more.




There will also be the opportunity to contribute to project work as we support our HR, Finance and wider business colleagues with Quilter's strategic priorities and the impact that employee reward has on these.




About You




Relevant experience working within a similar Reward role is essential, whereby you have ideally supported 2-3pensation cycles previously.




A particular understanding and familiarity with the kinds of roles and team structures within the Financial Services sector would be preferred, as would a working understanding of Willis Towers Watson and McLaganpensation data




Demonstrable experience of working with data and a high level of proficiency with MS Office applications, in particular MS Excel is essential.

Workday HCM knowledge and/or Curopensation (PayScale) would be beneficial.




You will have a high level of numeracy and an analytical mindset with a need to befortable with handling large sets of data, ideally within a Financial Services or other relevant context.
