About your new role

PLEASE NOTE: This role is not on the list of occupations eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route We are currently recruiting for a Revenue Assurance Specialist to join our award winning Finance team in Liverpool. The team have recently won the British Credit Awards 2023. The role mainly involves managing rates in the system, uploading bills to e-billing platforms and dealing with the credit control of e-billing clients. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing end to end rates process, ensuring rates are set up in a timely manner
  • As above for client opening and Deletions & Write Offs
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Uploading bills to the online platforms of our e-billing clients
  • Taking ownership of credit control responsibilities for e-billing clients
  • Producing monthly debt reconciliations for e-billing clients
  • Assisting internal clients with queries
  • Producing bills for some e-billing clients
  • Working closely with and assisting the Billing team at busy periods
  • This list is not intended to be exhaustive and you will be expected to perform other duties and have other responsibilities that fall within the wider remit of the role. You will also ensure that you comply with the relevant Weightmans and client policies and procedures, and consistently work in accordance with our values.

    About You

    It is essential for you to have:

  • 12 months experience in revenue management or a similar role
  • Working knowledge of Elite 3E PMS or similar Legal finance systems
  • Previous legal billing and data administration experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong sense of initiative and personal responsibility
  • Confident, positive attitude
  • Experience of face to face exposure to Partners
  • Accuracy & attention to detail
  • Good problem solving ability
  • Customer-centric orientation
  • Proactive approach to relationship building with the ability to manage difficult relationships
  • A team player
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Highly responsible and dedicated
  • Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines if and when required
