Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global law firm to recruit for a Resourcing Specialist to join their busy team and support the managers for both legal and support roles.


About the role


The role is extremely varied, and the resourcing specialist will be responsible for:


– Orchestrating the full recruitment cycle for legal practices and business teams, focusing on paralegal positions.

– Innovating in candidate attraction, creating talent pools via direct sourcing, social media, and networking.

– Formulating and executing strategies to attract a diverse range of qualified candidates.

– Participating in interviews and leading assessment centres to provide essential HR insights.

– Cultivating and managing talent pipelines aligned with the firm’s strategic goals.

– Engaging in the recruitment agency performance review process.

– Ensuring a sterling candidate experience by fostering robust relationships.

– Prudently managing recruitment budget allocations.

– Delivering insightful recruitment reports and market intelligence to stakeholders.

– Collaborating with the Belfast administration team for seamless recruitment operations.

– Supporting strategic recruitment initiatives and staying abreast of industry trends.


Candidate profile/experience


The successful candidate will possess:


– Proven in-house recruitment campaign management within a dynamic, professional services setting.

– A track record of fee-earner and business team staff recruitment.

– Exceptional stakeholder management and direct sourcing skills.

– A creative mindset, with a proactive response to evolving talent acquisition landscapes.

– Experience in managing resourcing projects, particularly those focused on innovation.

– Proficiency with online applicant tracking systems, ideally Infinite Brassring.

– Analytical prowess and excellent communication skills.

– A collaborative spirit, outstanding organisational abilities, and a commitment to diversity in recruitment.
