Radley Green is working with a global Law firm that are in the process of setting up their Resource Management function and rolling it out across the firm. This role will work with the Head of Resource Management and own all RM systems and processes and successful candidates must have strong business partnering experience and the ability to review, develop and implement RM processes. This role requires an experienced Resource Manager who has implemented and developed RM systems and processes in the past and has the communication skills and confidence to work with clients on change management projects. This role will pay between £65k to £75k (depending on experience) and will offer huge opportunities for progression and development, hybrid working, great benefits and bonus structure.
