We currently have an opportunity for a ResearchTeam Leader to join the Photoprotection synthesis team at ourDitton site in Cheshire.

We are looking fora knowledgeable, hands-on and enthusiastic scientist to lead thePhotoprotection synthesis team focused on the research and development of newproducts for our global sun care portfolio.



The main aspect of the role will be toeffectively manage projects within the team, supporting projects through tocompletion with a focus on particle design and development of metal oxides, suchas titanium dioxide and zinc oxide in powder and dispersion form.

The role willinvolve working within a broad technical and commercial community to takechemistry from concept to commercialisation, assisting lessexperienced team members through the same process, through coaching and teammotivation.
