As a Registered Nurse, you will:Provide high-quality care to residents. Lead and supervise care staff. Assess risks and develop care plans. Mentor and support team members. To be a successful Registered Nurse, you should have:Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC PIN). Experience in a supervisory role with leadership qualities. Commitment to professional development, training, and education. Skills in risk assessment and care planning. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
