An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse (RGN/RNLD/RMN) to work in an esteemed private mental health hospital in Haslemere, Surrey GU27.

Job outline:• To deliver a high standard of evidence based inpatient nursing care in partnership with the wider clinical team, the service users and their family members/carers• To act as a primary nurse in the assessment of needs and organising and delivery of care• To co-ordinate shifts and provide supervision for support workers and nurses in training• To work within a team of nurses and other professionals who are committed to the delivery of a quality service• To adopt a flexible approach to hours of duty, in order to meet the needs of the service over a 24-hour period• To take charge of a designated ward area and deputise for the ward manager/deputy ward manager as appropriate• To be an active participant in the multi-disciplinary team, formulating care plans and utilising appropriate assessments and evaluations• To represent the ward manager and/or care team, at appropriate forums and disseminate information as required• To represent the clinical team perspective at multidisciplinary meetings and clinical reviews of patient careSkills Required:• NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience• Previous experience in complex care (desirable)• Driving Licence required due to the location of the hospitalFor more information, please call LKA Recruitment on (phone number removed) option 3 or email your CV to (url removed)
