We are excited to announce an opportunity for a qualified Children's Home Manager to join our dedicated team providing therapeutic residential care for children and young people. In this role, you will lead and manage one of our warm and welcoming 4-bedroom homes, overseeing day-to-day operations and providing strong, motivational leadership to our committed staff. As a Children's Home Manager, you will be a pivotal part of our mission to create a nurturing and supportive environment for the young people in our care. You will embody the qualities of a responsible and empathetic leader, ensuring seamless multi-agency collaboration between Care, Education, and Health sectors.
