McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional and experienced Registered Manager to lead the team at our stunning development, Lyle Court in Edinburgh. 


Our Registered Managers can earn additional bonuses relating to performance which are paid quarterly – our highest earner last year was paid over £3,500! 


Package: £ 39,584.

66 plus benefits + Career Progression 


In addition to an annual bonus, our Estate Managers can earn additional bonuses relating to performance which are paid quarterly – our highest earner last year was paid over £3,500! 


Hours: 40 hours per week

Set on Barnton Grove, adjacent to the iconic building of the former Barnton Hotel, Lyle Court is a beautiful Retirement Living Plus development of 73 one and two bedroom apartments with care and support on hand as and when you need it, designed exclusively for the over 70s.

About you: 


  • You will be a warm, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual who cares deeply about championing the rights and wellbeing of older people. 

  • Committed to building a thriving community where everyone feels included, happy and empowered to live life to the full. 

  • Have previous experience of promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable people and managing a team. 

  • SVQ Social Services and Healthcare at SCQF Level 9, SVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care Management or equivalent BA (Hons) Social Work or relevant Health and Care Professional qualification.
