POSITION SUMMARY

Be part of our regional finance team where you will support the Regional Financial Controller & Regional CFO in the budgeting, forecasting, closings and strategic planning, and other reporting needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Regional Financial Controller in the regional consolidation work (4 Quarterly Closings, 1 Strategic planning, 1 Budget and 3 Forecast for all countries in the region)
  • Contribute to consolidation, control and analysis of the financial reporting of the region (monthly reportings, quarterly closings, budgets, forecasting, strategic plans, profitability analysis and ratios)
  • Prepare, create decks for RCFO to the Headquarters
  • Monitoring, tracking of Internal Control activities
  • Analysis for AXA Assistance Group and business lines and realizes specific analyses as requested by the Group
  • Tracking Intercompany flow for all countries in the region; support Regional Financial Controller with arbitration process
  • Tracking and assist with expenses management of the region
  • Provide analysis on cash evolution and cash targets for the different geographies in the Region
  • Supporting all the countries in the Region (spanning North America & Europe)

  • Your Profile

    Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • 2-3 years’ experienceof financial consolidation work. Experience with budgeting, strategic planning, and cost analysis
  • Excellent financial analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrate high reliability, quality and timeliness of deliverables 
  • Proficient writing and delivery of presentations, documentations 
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • You are highly proficient in MS Office ( especially Excel , PowerPoint)
  • Organised (you will contact and work with several countries!)
  • Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
