TalentEdge HR is seeking a dynamic and proactive Resourcing Specialist to work for a global brand and support their Talent Acquisition team in identifying top talent across various industries. This role is essential to the organisation's recruitment process and will help them maintain the elite-level standards that define the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver a first-class recruitment service.
- Conduct benchmarking and talent mapping to anticipate upcoming and future hiring needs.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, including market mapping, employee referrals, and targeted advertising.
- Proactively manage and enhance our talent pipeline, focusing on assigned searches.
- Create a positive candidate experience, ensuring a memorable journey throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle recruitment administration tasks, including job advertising on boards and social media, while maintaining our ATS system.
- Support recruitment and selection processes, including interviews, screenings, and assessments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and propose effective sourcing solutions.
- Analyse and report on the effectiveness of our sourcing and recruitment strategies through dashboards and reports.
Your Background
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition functions.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
- Strong Excel skills and a good understanding of interpreting and presenting data.
