Philosophy Education is an Education Recruitment company built on experience and the highest levels of service for our teachers, support staff and schools in London.


We are growing very quickly, and we are now looking for a resourcer to join our team to support the recruitment of the highest quality staff in London primary, secondary and SEND schools.

This role is full-time and based in our central London office Monday to Friday.


The Role


You will be working closely alongside the consultant team to support them to find teaching and support staff for individual roles and our supply staff pool.


The Education Resourcer role will include:


  • Searching for and contacting suitable candidates from online job boards
  • Undertaking face to face and phone interviews
  • Writing candidate profiles suitable for schools
  • Editing and updating CVs
  • Preparing all compliance paperwork
  • Managing the pre-registration online database
  • General administration duties
  • Answering the phone and supporting with day-to-day running of the office

Working with Philosophy Education


You will be working alongside a highly-experienced, friendly and professional team who all have around 20 years experience in Education recruitment and teaching.

You will be given training and support to develop your education resourcing skills to the highest level.

  • Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Dedicated work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to cope in a busy, pressured environment.
  • A good team player with the ability to work on own initiative.

Desirable qualities


  • Experience in a school/education environment / Experience in recruitment
