What You'll Do:


As a Recruitment Partner, you'll be at the forefront of client engagement, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive recruitment strategies that deliver results.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Long-term Relationship Management: Nurture and develop client relationships, ensuring longevity and satisfaction.

  • End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Take charge of the entire recruitment process. With the support of a Recruiter, you will work with hiring managers to offer a smooth, consultative recruitment journey.

  • Strategic Consultation: Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders, offering solutions to challenging recruitment briefs and market insights to inform decision-making.

  • Hands-on Recruitment: You’ll be managing 6 to 7 senior vacancies within our client organisation, providing support for roles that are circa £45K+

Where you’ll work:


Our client is based in Solihull town centre, where you’ll work for 50% of the time, plus 50% home working.


Experience Needed:


  • Financial or Professional Services Expertise: Previous experience in the financial services, or professional services sector is essential, with a solid understanding of dynamics and the nuances of regulated industries.

  • RPO Experience: Proven track record in recruitment process outsourcing, demonstrating proficiency in managing end-to-end recruitment functions.

  • Emotional Intelligence: Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships with tact and diplomacy, influencing decision-making and fostering collaboration.

  • Consultative Approach: Viewed as a trusted advisor, you excel in providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions to meet client needs.
