Wimbledon Head Office Base

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ( full time, in person role )

 Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment journey, working closely with the operations and care management teams
  • Interviewing and pre-screening.
  • Reporting on Pipeline
  • Collecting supporting documents
  • Attend recruitment meetings
  • Working towards recruitment KPI's
  • Participate in job fairs, youth employment and back to work charities and career events.
  • Source candidates through a variety of media.

Requirements

  • Ideally experience as a Recruitment Officer.
  • Experience within Health & Social Care
  • Extensive knowledge of with social media and other professional networks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • A desire to be part of the company making an incredible difference to people's lives.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Great teamworking skills
