We recruit in a number of disciplines within life science consulting, giving us a strong foundation of clear organic growth.



Due to exciting growth plans we are hiring for a motivated and goal driven Associate Consultant to sit within our Commercial Strategy or Market Access division, who will play a key role in talent sourcing, screening and placement activities.



What will you be doing?


  • You will be assisting our Client Partners with candidate sourcing through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events
  • You will be conducting initial phone interviews with candidates to asses their suitability, qualifications, skills, and interest in potential job opportunities.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and assessments with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • You will become an expert in sourcing high-quality candidates within the life science strategy consulting market.
  • You will be maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records on our CRM system

What we're looking for in you:


  • 1-2 years’ experience within a 360 or 180 recruitment role or sales experience.
