We offer retained, contingent, and project/team builds for automotive suppliers and car manufacturers across Europe, North America, and APAC regions. After a very successful first year at Techfueld, we are now looking to grow our team and are looking to hire driven, hungry, and entrepreneurial-minded search consultants to support the growth of Techfueld, and develop themselves personally and within their career. Overview of the role In this role, you will be responsible for working closely alongside our directors headhunting top talent within the automotive technology industry globally. Our clients range from car makers, tier 1s, start-ups, and software suppliers and you will be supporting in searching for candidates for a variety of roles in sales, engineering, operations, HR, and finance across Europe, North America & and APAC regions. Due to the number of roles, we are currently searching for there is an opportunity to earn a commission within the first months and progress very quickly into a client-facing role in which you will begin building your own division.
