We are looking for a bright and ambitious individual to join our team and contribute to our continued success. In this role, you will support a fast-paced, generalist desk alongside experienced consultants, servicing a broad client base across hedge funds and the wider investment management industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong candidate relationships through effective communication and support.
  • Develop and maintain talent maps for internal use.
  • Book interviews and conduct interview preparations.
  • Attending client meetings alongside consultants.
  • Perform administrative duties to streamline operations and support the team.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the hedge fund industry.
  • Effectively match candidates with specific mandates.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Graduate from a top-tier university.
  • Previous experience in Recruitment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and develop within the role.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
