    Job Description

    The key responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant role will be to:

  • Proactively source candidates for job opportunities
  • Utilising various engagement strategies including job boards, Linked In, referrals, market trends
  • Proactively source clients and business opportunities for your candidates
  • Build long lasting partnerships with your customers
  • Understanding customer needs and providing strategic advice
  • Negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Guiding customers through end to end recruitment processes
  • Collaborating with a high performing team, encouraging and motivating results
