This role is to be based within the business operations team, who look after all non- legal roles for the firm.

This role will be responsible for support the Finance and Marketing departments.

As a recruitment advisor you will represent the Pinsent Masons brand and be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, while working to ensure we create a positive recruitment experience for both candidates and our internal hiring managers.


Our standard working hours are 9.

30am-5.

30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests. 


Candidate Overview


We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: 


  • Experience of the full 360 recruitment life cycle : approvals through to the posting, briefing calls with hiring managers, advertising, CV screening, feedback and offer to candidates 
  • Experience of direct sourcing to proactively approach candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed CV database to make a positive impact our cost to hire
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, provide expert advice and guidance on all recruitment matters
  • Making verbal offers and advising on the offer management process
  • Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates and delivering a positive candidate experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of employment legislation relating to recruitment 
  • Ability to work independently assuming responsibility for the business areas you are responsible for, proving hiring managers and candidates with updates and feedback
