Recruitment Administrator (6 month fixed term contract)
36 hours Monday to Friday with every other Friday off
8:00am - 4.30pm

The Opportunity 

To provide administrative duties to the Skipton site HR and Recruitment Team, supporting the end to end recruitment process.

Role Responsibility

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

  • Raising and advertising new vacancies
  • Supporting with entry level sifting and shortlisting
  • Reformatting job descriptions
  • Chasing feedback from hiring managers
  • Arranging interviews with candidates
  • Sending email confirmations of interviews
  • Scanning and saving interview documentation
  • Updating the Applicant Tracking System
  • Requesting and checking ID documentation from successful candidates
  • Compiling offer documentation
  • Maintaining the site recruitment tracker
  • Sending weekly internal vacancies email to site
