Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (4 days per week, or shorter hours considered)



As Recruitment Administrator, you will contribute to our vision of being the UK's leading property manager by:


  • Supporting the Recruitment Team with all aspects of administration
  • Providing an outstanding candidate experience to our internal and external candidates
  • Being exceptionally organised, and focussed on delivering a first-class service.


The Recruitment Administrator reports directly into the Head of Resourcing.



Main Responsibilities


  • Providing a comprehensive administrative service for all recruitment activity - including arranging interviews, advertising vacancies and management of candidates within our recruitment database.
  • Managing purchase order generation for the payment of invoices, tracking spends of recruitment to support the monthly reporting.
  • Support with the collation of reports for the resourcing team.
  • Manage attraction platforms, such as LinkedIn, ensuring all job slots are utilised and post them for the resourcing partners.
  • Responding to all social media reviews, such as Glassdoor and Indeed.
  • Help arrange onsite and offsite assessment centres as and when the business requires
  • Daily management of the recruitment Inbox, responding to candidate and business queries
  • Administration, communication, and promotion of the employee refer-a-friend scheme process.
  • Support with diary coordination, including team meetings, collating slides, and booking rooms.


About You


You will need to be an excellent communicator, both written and verbally, you should be confident speaking to candidates and stakeholders.


You will need to be organised and able to manage your own time effectively to support the recruitment team, knowing what tasks to prioritise and when.

Ideally you will have a strong administrative past and experience with of MS Office applications.

You will be confident when learning new systems and processes.


You should be resilient and determined, this role is ideal for someone who has an eye for detail and spots an opportunity to improve processes.
