Vacancy: Recruiter - Construction Sector

Contract: 6 Month FTC

Location: Surrey or London with Hybrid Working

The Role:

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join a leading construction organisation as part of their In-House Recruitment Team. In this role, you will report into the Recruitment Manager and collaborate closely with the Recruitment Business Partners to meet their recruitment needs.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • You will find and engage with high-quality, diverse candidates from various channels
  • You will screen and shortlist candidates for open and projected job positions
  • You will expand your network of candidates to prepare a diverse talent pipeline for immediate and future vacancies
  • You will handle job briefings for new positions
  • What are they looking for?

  • Proven experience in recruitment (ideally Construction sector)
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in in-house recruitment or talent acquisition
  • The ability to write inclusive job adverts to attract top talent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to internal systems
